How does India taste... like this! Lots of onions, garlic, leaves and spices are formed into balls and fermented together for several weeks. The Vadouvan spice mixture is simply sautéed in oil, then it is best to add coconut milk, soup or water and then simply heat potatoes, lentils, vegetables and meat in it as you like . Almost like fast food with a fermented travel kick.
