In ancient times garum accentuated almost every savoury dish. Meanwhile fish sauce is something that is almost exclusively imported from Asia. That is a shame, we thought and so did Luvi. While at Augora we produce our fish garum out of Viennese fish, Luvi sources fish in front of the door, in the waters of the Traunsee.
