Vegetable charcuterie. Flora & Rauna's willingness to experiment knows no bounds. The white koji mold runs gently over the vegetables and where they mix, it becomes a nice pink, or gets a delicate orange touch. Not only beautiful to look at - but stunning in terms of taste. Definitely try.
