Augora ships its products within Austria.

Please note that not all products can be shipped. As our products are not pasteurised, transport conditions may affect their quality, particularly during the summer months.

Germany: 3–4 business days, €9.80 up to €98, €5.80 up to €154, free shipping on orders over €155
Group 1 (Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Croatia, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary): 3–5 business days, €15.80 up to €99, €5.80 up to €199, free shipping on orders over €200

Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

Information on exercising the right of withdrawal for a purchase contract involving the delivery of multiple goods in separate shipments as part of a single order.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last item.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Once we have received the returned goods, we will issue the refund using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address when placing an order.

Any costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information, in particular shipping and return shipping costs, must be borne by the customer.

In such cases, there is no entitlement to a refund of shipping costs.
